How to plant asparagus?
Asparagus are crown plants with shoots. It's better for the shoots to face the sun, as they'll receive more sunlight and therefore become tastier. It's also important for them to face in one direction to avoid overcrowding. The shoots should be planted 10 cm below the ground and 30-40 cm apart from each other. Asparagus requires well-draining soil. For example, it can cover a compost heap well.
The first asparagus harvest occurs only after 3 years of cultivation.
🌱 You can find the year-round cultivation plan for asparagus in the "Cultivation Plans" section - there you'll find all activities for care, protection, and fertilization month by month, divided into conventional and natural methods.
Good luck!
