Use Acidic Mulch
Pine bark, pine needles, and leaf compost are great organic mulches that help maintain low soil pH.

Add Soil Acidifiers
You can use sulfur, ammonium sulfate, or special acidifying fertilizers designed for acid-loving plants. Always follow the product instructions.

Rainwater > Tap Water
Water with rainwater if possible – tap water often contains lime, which raises soil pH.

Test Your Soil
Use a soil pH meter or test kit to monitor acidity and adjust as needed.
