Spinach, parsley, lamb's lettuce, celery, kale, cabbage, artichokes, arugula, chard, and of course, the queen - lettuce... All these leafy greens are truly valuable to eat.
Why?
The magical substance of these plants is chlorophyll, which has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties. Impressive, isn't it? Leafy greens support the process that protects our body from diseases like cancer, stroke, and heart diseases. They also regulate blood pressure! PURE HEALTH!
