🌿 Calathea orbifolia

Characteristics: Large, round, light-green leaves with silvery stripes.

Why it’s popular: Its striking appearance and relatively good tolerance of care mistakes.

Please note: It requires high humidity.

🌿 Calathea makoyana (Peacock Plant)

Characteristics: Leaves resembling peacock feathers – light green with dark patterns.

Why it’s popular: Its delicate, decorative appearance; it is also commonly available in garden centers.

🌿 Calathea lancifolia (Rattlesnake Plant)

Characteristics: Long, narrow leaves with wavy edges, green with dark spots and burgundy undersides.

Why it’s popular: More tolerant of typical indoor conditions than other Calatheas.

🌿 Calathea roseopicta
